If you are suffering fromĀ insomnia, there may be some things that can be done to help. Unfortunately, some of these cures may be things that we are unwilling to do. For example, one of the best ways to help yourself to get a great night’s sleep is by getting some exercise on a daily basis. Although most of us realize that this is true, very few of us are going to be willing to put forth the effort to do something about it. What is it about exercise that makes it so difficult to do? If it is the first line of defense against insomnia, why can we not seem to do it?
